At the heart of Masa Mesa is Chef-Owner Erick Martinez — Salvadoran by birth, with over two decades in Perth’s top restaurants, Erick brings serious skill and big flavours to the table. His food is a tribute to the Latin street food he grew up with, vibrant, colourful, and full of soul. Every dish tells a story.
